The Body Shop Eye Mask

Monday, April 25, 2011

One way to ease your strained eyes especially when you are exposed to the computer for an extended period of time is to sit back, relax, and enjoy with The Body Shop Eye Mask. I have to because most of the time I'm staring at the computer screen causing my eyes to be tired and strained. So I thought I badly needed something like this. This eye mask works for me so far. The mask can be cooled (put in the fridge) to reduce tired and strained eyes, and puffiness around the eyes. When warmed (soak in hot water), the mask is ideal for spreading warmth for a relaxing, soothing treat for your face. I always put cotton pads on both my eyes between the mask and my eyes before I put it on. My only complaint is, it's too big on me...

Glambox Mink Lashes

Click here to enlarge: How To Use, How To Remove and How To Store
Mink lashes are the most expensive and luxurious looking of all false eyelashes. Mink lashes are made from selected mink fur hairs that are simply brushed from live mink by hand. They are not subjected to chemicals or dyes and thus retain their rich velvety appearance that can only be found in mink fur. They are sterilized and are hypo-allergenic. Their appearances make them desired by A list celebrities and personalities like Oprah and Madonna.

I have a pair of handmade 100% authentic mink lashes worth P1,500 (that was around US$35) from GlamBox a while ago for joining their contest entry in the GlamBox Portfolio Giveaway. These lashes are soft, lightweight, velvety, flexible and natural-looking. I must say that it gives me the look and feel of celebrity lashes. I have to admit that they are really beautiful. I wear these lashes for special events only. It's easy to use and comfortable to wear. It doesn't look too dramatic, nor too long... It's just nice.
