How To Apply Double Eyelid Tape

An eyelid is a thin fold of skin that covers and protects an eye. What about a monolid and a double eyelid? A monolid is when the upper eyelid doesn't have a crease above the last line or doesn't fold at the top - mostly found with Asian eyes. But, double eyelid does.

Double eyelid tape or sticker is a beauty trick designed for those with a small crease, with a crease, with droopy eyelids or with uneven creases to lift/fold the eyelids and sagging skin around the eyes. The result is your eyes will look bigger and noticeable. Those completely without a crease are better off using eyelid glue. If you use the tape, it's bound to show. Some people might ask, does it make you double eyelid deeper? I don't think it looks deeper at all.

Applying this sticker is quick and easy.

Step 1
Cleanse your eye area before using eyelid tape. If you want to apply eye makeup, do it after you put on the tape.

Step 2
Gently apply eyelid tape above your eyes near eyelash line.

Tips:
- The more higher you paste, the more thicker your eyelid will look.
- If the eyelid tape is obvious, try trimming the side.

Step 3
Use eyelid applicator to make adjustments so that your eyelid looks more natural. Hold the applicator with the curve in the fork curved in the same direction as the curve of the eyeball. Push inward on the eyelid until a crease appears.
