Many celebrities wear cat eyes for special occasions. I love the cat eye look!! Well, making a cat eye with eyeliner requires patience and practice. It takes some concentration and a well-balanced hand. My suggestion for beginners is to start with an eyeliner pencil to get the hang of it. Once you have acquired confidence you can try using a liquid or gel eyeliner and brush to create this cat eye look.
In this video, I'm using gel liner in black colour. You can use any colour you like, but black is the classic look. You can also make the line as thick as you like, but it's safer to start narrower. Good luck!!
