My aunt used to have bad eyesight. She wore spec when she was younger. Now, she doesn't even need to wear spec anymore. This is what she did. She used to say 'seeing grass is good for your eyesight.' Every morning see the grass for 10 to 15 minutes because it will help you to improve your eyesight. I'm not sure how effective it is, but should give it a try though!Remedies For Good Eyesight
