Usually I am not an ankle-boot kind of girl. But I’ve seen lots of ladies out there wearing ankle boot with their mini skirt or skinny jean. I think they’re beautiful & inspiring, which to me is what fashion and style is all about. It doesn't actually matter whether or not ankle boots are fashionable. If you like them, wear them. Don't listen to what people say. Ladies, you could consider ankle boots, which are widely popular now.
